Bharatiya Nyaya Vikalp Samadhan Kendra (BNVSK) is India’s institutional Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) centre an initiative under the Emerging Businesses Chamber of Commerce (EBCC), governed by Staava Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., with offices in New Delhi and Lucknow built on one enduring conviction: that justice must be swift, affordable, and accessible to every individual, business, and community in India, without ever compromising on legal rigour.
With over 50 million pending court cases burdening India’s judiciary, BNVSK offers a powerful, culturally rooted, and fully enforceable alternative to litigation combining India’s ancient Panchayat tradition and community arbitration heritage with the full force of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Mediation Act, 2023, to deliver Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation, and our uniquely Indian Panchayat Track a modern, legally binding revival of community justice administered by trusted Panchs and producing an enforceable Panch Nirnay.
Every proceeding is administered by independently empanelled, professionally trained, and ethically vetted Arbitrators, Mediators, Conciliators, and Panchs, under published rules and transparent timelines serving businesses of every size, individual litigants, institutions, and communities across India, not just the privileged few. This is not an import. This is India’s own answer to India’s own challenge and BNVSK is building it, one resolved dispute at a time.
